Sul & Associates worked with the Department of Education, Migrant, Indian, and International Education Office in support of the development the new state plan for the delivery of Migrant Education services throughout the state of California.

Migrant Education Region 1

Sul & Associates worked with Region 1 on the development and implementation of a regional Algebra initiative.

Migrant Education Region 4

Sul & Associates is working with Region 4 to develop a strategic plans for regional projects as well as the regional office.

Migrant Education Region 23

Sul & Associates worked with Region 23 on a number of management-related projects and has served as the evaluation unit for the University Jumpstart program.

California State University at Stanislaus

Sul & Associates is serving as the external evaluation unit for the Stanislaus Asociación de Investigación Latina (SAIL), a project funded by The Fund to Improve Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE) within the U.S. Department of Education. Sul & Associates is also serving as the external evaluation unit for the CSU Stanislaus Noyce Teacher Scholars grant.

Omniciye Project and Hennepin County

Sul & Associates is facilitating qualitative evaluation practices for a circle of care program addressing social service needs.  This Minnesota-based project will use talking circles, online client managed portfolios, and graphic writing samples to produce evidence of success towards program goals.  Future measures may be obtained through a family portrait project and story telling strategies.

Newman Crows Landing Unified School District

Sul & Associates provides the Caballo Online Scoring Systems™ to score CELDT tests and produce immediate CELDT results. Caballo Online Scoring Systems™ is used to grade each test, calculate the scale and proficiency scores, and then return a data file of all student results.

Rural AmeriCorps Partnership Program

Sul & Associates provided the 2007 summative evaluation for the California Human Development Corporation’s Rural AmeriCorps Partnership Program.

Stockton Fire Department

Developed and presented diversity training modules to over 500 staff and personnel of the Stockton Fire Department.

Stockton Unified School District

Sul & Associates is serving as the evaluation unit for the U.S. Department of Education’s Smaller Learning Communities grant.

Tracy Unified School District

Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California

Sul & Associates assisted with a comprehensive reorganization of the administrative branch of the Washoe Tribe’s Native TANF program. A policy and procedures manual was developed to complement the restructured organization.  Further assisted with the design and compliance model for the initial set-up of the program.
